No refund after buying and playing FC 27

Back again. The cheerfull answer I keep receiving from EA Help Fan Care(?), regardless of how I try to rephrase my case:  

"Our live advisors don't currently support this type of issue. Check out forums.ea.com. Post your issue if you don't find a solution. Otherwise, if you have more details, I can try helping again."

Quite frustrating! Pushing customers to go around in circles. I've read some other posts on the forums and the same pattern is visible: Customers asking or begging for the chance to communicate with or help of an actual human representative, instead of having the mind dumbing experience, frustrating chatsessions with Ai and dismissing strategy EA calls "Live advisors".

Really an effective strategy for a company like EA to alienate buyers and potential buyers. 

I will sit the purchase of FC 27 out, heck... it's just €49.  For me that's survivable, for EA not that much I guess.

But I'm really not in the mood to keep logging in to check useless EA "help"-pages or forums and I will never again fall for whatever subscription from EA and surely won't recommend people I know to do it anymore. After havingbought every installment of Fifa and/or FC since 1994 on a Sega Megadrive, even ignoring the minor changes with every installment or questionable updates, it's time for me to part from EA with a sh** feeling. As a parent I will not allow the game to be purchased in my home either by my sons anymore either, not on PC, not on consoles. 

I wish EA good luck with their AI support vs. customers.
