Not letting me change email for 2+Months and other 200+ People

i made post on Reddit and discord Apex Middle East (30k+ Members) got 200+ replies that this is happening to them as well. It gives cant Complete your Request error on the Account information page after you give it the code. If you go on Live chat they are giving everyone same response due to security reason we cant change your email right now contact later (i waited 2 months already)

2 months passed and still telling me to wait more.

I been facing the same issue, My local country email domain is shutting down and when i try to contact EA live chat for email change. its been denied due to security reason which i think its total nonsense reason as in my three years of  playing apex legends i  did not once change the email so why this lame excuses and no support for the players?

This need to be changed there are alot like us who are facing this critical issue and EA is total silent about this sadly.

was searching for a solution for this having same issue i have not changed my email for almost 2+ years now i need to switch email as the email provider (local) is a **bleep**y one which goes down again and again and has terrible security i decided to change email 1 month ago they told me to contact them later. Made new ticket today in live chat again got same reply contact us later due to security reason we cant change your email. I think this might be due to VPN as most middle eastern countries have to use VPN for Discord/whatsapp and due to VPN it might be disabling email change or raising a security flag on account.

samething with me for 4 months i am getting same response that due to security reason we cant change your email contact later i have been making ticket everymonth for the last 4 months and i get same copy paste reply.
