Unjustly Banned Over Gamertag

I'm disputing my permanent ban which I just learned is from my Xbox Gamertag - PissdOffGerman2. I have had my gamertag for 19 years and it is a reference to an old Youtube video that was popular at the time of an angry German kid playing video games, I am also German so it seemed like a funny and fitting gamertag at the time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?vCy4mztkndHk&ab_channelAdhiyaksaNegara.

This is absolutely ridiculous that I'm permanently banned from all EA games, which I have spent money on, for my Gamertag that is being deemed offensive. As a German myself, I find it offensive that simply having 'German' in my name makes my Gamertag 'Hateful Conduct.' I'm assuming that you're determining my name is anti-sematic or nazi-related. Nothing in my profile, message, chat, or behavior does anything to promote or justify hatred or discrimination against a group of people.  I'm fully aware of WWII and Germany's history with the Third Reich.  Does this mean I can't have anything German related in my Gamertag?  I'm not promoting that period of history, again, I am referencing a video of a German kid getting angry playing video games.  If I was "PissdOffMan2," would I have received a lifetime ban?

EA gives me no recourse to state my case, I disputed my ban, but all I get are automated messages by bots in response.    

When I was previously banned for a week for Hateful conduct, I asked multiple times what did I do that was considered 'Hateful Conduct,' and received no answer. Why could I not be asked to simply change my Gamertag? Why would this be kept secret from me? I have been playing Apex since its release, and have played many EA games over the years with no issues. 

Now, in the course of a month or 2, I've been suspended and now permanently banned. I've never had an issue with my Gamertag in the 19 years I've had it. Now I'm being told that simply being German is offensive and hateful. 

This whole situation is ridiculous, frustrating, and frankly hurtful. I've put a lot of time into Apex and other games that I play with my friends, and now I'm losing all of my progress and history over my nationality.
