Not receiving any codes to my email

I am not receiving any codes to my email to verify to log in. I use other account/email and I did receive the code.

it have been three days since I contacted them and have not heard nothing. Do you know how long it take for them to reply?

    The time taken to respond may vary depending on the demand. If you would like an immediate response, I suggest that you contact them via chat.

        The chat option is available depending on the topic selected. Usually, if you select "Update EA Account" you should get the option to start a live chat.
