Not receiving emails
Hi, I can't get into my Ea account because I can't reset my password or verification code. I'm not receiving my email, and I did check my junk, trash basically everywhere need help,

Thank you for proactively checking the junk and trash inboxes. It might help to add EA's email, 'ea@e.ea.com,' to your safe sender list and try again.
Failing that, it could be that the email registered to the EA account is different from the one being checked. Could you double-check if there are any past emails from EA about that EA account to confirm if it's the correct email you're checking?
