NOT receiving VERIFICATION CODE!

I am trying to log into my EA account and change my EA ID gamertag but every time I go to the website and login with my Gmail it asks for a verification code but EA is not sending me the code I have checked my spam, junk, and promotions. Also I do not have EA blocked from my emails. I can login to the EA app to play games on my PC but cant manage my account.  Please help.

    Hey, have you already tried to use your backup codes?

    This seems to be a long term ongoing issue between EA and Gmail. Has anyone found a solution yet? I can get email verification to a yahoo account, but not an account that uses gmail.
