Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

Hey, looking for anyone who has dealt with a similar situation. I recently received a permanent ban on my Apex Legends account dated June 7, 2026 for "gameplay enhancement" despite never using cheats, mods, or any unauthorized software. I have 700+ hours on the account, reached Masters, and had zero warnings or flags prior to this.

I believe the ban may have been triggered by SteelSeries GG running passively in the background — a known EAC conflict. This is actually the second account banned on my machine under the same circumstances. I have since fully uninstalled the software but the ban stands.

I've submitted two appeals and EA responded to the wrong case the first time. Has anyone successfully gotten a false positive gameplay enhancement ban overturned? Any advice on how to escalate beyond the standard appeal process would be hugely appreciated. Thank you.
