Not work my email address

I live in Canada and created an email for the Russian site mail.ru. When Origin moved to EA, I could no longer use this email. I enter it, then the password and it sends me a message to use the code that came to the email. I can't restore it or get any passwords from this email because I'm not a citizen of Russia.
