EA fc26 lost your online connection

Dear Sir or madam 

The real main reason as to why I am doing this post is becuase I've been trying to play ea fc26 online but keep getting this pop up error message all the time saying. you have lost your online connection. check your home network. you will not be able to access fc's online features until you can reconnect to ea servers. go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more which I have done all these steps and also gone onto youtube to even see if I can find a vedo that would help me fix it but now over a month and I'm still having this same message as well always poping up all the time I would really like some support or even if this issues can be resolved by EA company and even Activision as well to regarding call of duty black ops 7 also please but mainly ea fc 26 at the moment in time many thanks
