Old email Inaccessible.
My last email through time warner cable was canceled and I can't get a verification code to update my account settings. How do I get access to my games with my new account?

If the email address associated with your EA Account has been canceled and is inaccessible, please connect with our support team so they can help update those account details.
The steps on this page would typically help you update that information, but since the email's been canceled, you'll need to use the Contact Us option at the bottom of the page. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there. If you're receiving pushback from the NextStep bot, feel free to use this web form instead.
Please keep in mind that progress is stored at the EA account level, meaning that even if you're able to access the games in your old account's library, your past progress would not transfer over. With that said, we encourage you to try regaining access to the EA account that's using that inaccessible email to avoid those extra considerations.
