paid for ea play pro but don’t have a pc
i tried talking to and advisor on 3 different occasions and nobody could give me my money back so i’m stuck with a service i can never use because i don’t have a pc

I'm sorry to hear that you're in this situation. It's definitely not ideal to have paid for a subscription you can't use, but I'm afraid EA Play memberships aren't refundable.
If our live support team wasn't able to process the refund, then there isn't anything we can do for you here on the forums. In this case, the best thing to do is to cancel the membership for the next billing cycle.
