payment problem

and i had a problem that when i paid for ea pro it took it usd instant of egp and it was a problem from ea application as it show me that it was 1899 egp and  i didn't use vpn or a international bank  and it took 120 usd which is treble the amount 

ea help

    Can I ask where you are located zeyad2630​?

    Looking at the attachment it says the first payment failed and then you refunded the second.
