Paypal Pay in 3 payment

I'm a little confused. I purchased a Sims expansion via Pay in 3 on Paypal. When I go to Paypal it says that it is pending still even though it is now a month later, it says its something on EA end a...

Have you spoken with PayPal support about this?

They'd have more info around how their payment options work.
