Playstation merged accounts, cant unlink them

Hello, i have 2 Playstation accounts merged to my ea account, and i cant unlink them from it. Pls remove it from my ea. Dear Regards

    Hello z7e3,

    No one here can help you with this problem, you need to contact EA Support, only Support can resolve account issues.

    • The link to EA's Support is here.
    • In "Search game or Topic" Search for "EA app".
    • Click on "See all Help Topics"
    • Click "I need help logging in to my EA Account"
    • Click "Continue without logging in"
    • Choose a contact option, preferable "Chat with us" 
      (EA help Guide.)

But they say they cant delink it, its always the same.

We at the EA Forums are unable to make account changes for you. If you require any assistance, you should contact EA Help Support as advised by danisoff.

If you have more than one platform account of the same type linked to your EA account, you won't be able to unlink them yourself. If there's only one platform account linked to your EA account, you can unlink it by following the steps in this article:  Unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account

    I talked with them and they say they all dont have the abilities to do that, ea removed the ability to that from the support, i still dont understand why now no one can help me with that simple problem, its an issue i cant solve by myself, and why is there no higher support team or something like that, which can do that i dont understand that.
