The chat system is broken and I need this account gone for security purposes please help me.

Community ManagerI just tried the chat to double-check, and it's working here. Can you please make sure there are no pop-up or ad-blockers running on your browser while you're trying to contact EA Help via chat? If the problem persists, please try in incognito mode.
What Professor Polio says is true. Your chat is broken. I've opened 4 tickets (different topics just to see if anyone was available) and waited for over 2 hours but no one answered. The system automatically cancels the ticket if you are not there to attend the chat (who knows when that happened, or if anyone attended or looked at the ticket at all). I need this account deleted as well, but it seems impossible to do so.
