Problems with submitting form EA Creator Program

I am uable to click "Next" after filling out the application form for the EA Creator Program!

Why? 

It seems there is trouble linking my SoMe. If I choos FB, the tile turns blue after connecting, but blacks out again when click anywhere on the screen. I get a error when trying to connect to IG (my most used platform) telling med that it is not connected to my FB (It is!). So the "Next" buttom on the forms stays grey and will not let me continue. I have tried shutting down other programs that might disrupt the session, and using different browsers. 

Any tips?
