PSN account is linked to a disabled EA e-mail adress

Hi, so i'm trying to link my EA account to my PSN account but I can't because the site says it's already linked to *******@disabled.ea.com something. I'm pretty sure EA support has to unlink that account for me but I can't reach them or see any contact forms for this.... The playstation account is kelianglenn.

    Yeah, had to get in contact with an advisor and they unlinked my old account for me. I just linked it with my PSN ID and it works. Thanks!
