Purchased sims 4 expansion packs on sale and checked out at near full price.

Question

Hi there I am posting here as I have contacted a help agent who was allegedly unable to help and I need to post here.

Today I noticed 3 newer packs were on special: royalty and legacy, adventure awaits and enchanted by nature. I can't remember the exact costing but prior to checking out it was $129NZD for the cart. It stayed this price as I loaded up my details but somewhere between checking out and the payment coming out the prices changed to $62.95NZD per pack and the total came to $192NZD.

The sale started this morning. And it was in my country. From what I can tell it is still in existence. Why did the price change? And how come the "help agent" was unable to fix this issue?

Hi, I purchased the packs and in my cart they were sale price but as they checked out somehow they changed over to full price. So that full price came out of my account. I would not have purchased these packs at that price.&nbsp;

In the meantime, if you've already completed the purchase, please connect with our live support team again to check your refund eligibility. Since the sale is still ongoing, you should be able to&nbsp;get a partial refund for that price difference.
