Quick sell coins

I paid for a platinum premium pack for $100 where u can quick sell them for coins. I opened the pack months ago. I got to sell some of the cards today by clicking triangle on about 10-12 cards to sell at once. I clicked confirm not looking at the prices and my coins never changed. I chatted with EA help and they asked if I remember the name of the cards. I told them no because I didn’t plan on ever playing with the cards they were only for quick selling purposes not to actually play with the card. Since I didn’t know the names of the cards they said there was nothing they can do and pretty much said I was out of luck. Very frustrating I feel like I basically lost $100
