Re Post: Account Compromised, Banned, and Unable to Submit Appeal
Hi, I’m looking for help regarding my Apex Legends account.
Fyi this is a repost this time around some help would be amazing. Ive been dying to hop back on the game with boys and i’m still having the same issue.
My account was recently compromised without my knowledge. After regaining access, I discovered that my account had been banned. I did not violate any rules myself, and I believe the ban was a result of actions taken while my account was hacked.
The main issue I’m facing now is that I cannot submit an appeal. It appears that an appeal may have already been submitted while my account was compromised, and the system is not allowing me to create a new case or contact an advisor.
Because of this, I currently have no way to properly explain my situation or provide proof that my account was accessed by someone else.
I would really appreciate it if someone could:
- Review my account activity during the time it was compromised
- Allow me to submit a new appeal or reopen the existing case
- Advise me on how to proceed since I am locked out of the appeal system
- I am willing to provide any additional information needed to verify my account and secure it further.
- Thank you for your time and your advisors for helping-me recover my account.
FYI don’t mind the name freaking hacker changed it all.
Sorry to hear about your situation. However, as mentioned in the replies to your previous post, this is something that can only be handled by another dedicated team.
Since you mentioned your account may have been hacked, you can try contacting our live support team via the account issue/account recovery options. They are the only team that can help verify the account and look into that side of things.
