Re: Recently merged 2 EA accounts and I can't link my Steam account until next year.

It has been over 6 months, and it is still not letting me connect my Steam account to my only EA account. It keeps saying that it's still connected to my 2nd EA account that is, as far as I know, is gone. I use my login for the 2nd account, and it logs me right into my only EA account. I just want to link my Steam account to my EA account.

In this case I suggest that you contact EA Help for further assistance. They will be able to check your EA accounts and provide some further clarification on what could be happening. To get started, click on this link https://help.ea.com/en/ea-account, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Contact us".

I've done that multiple times and it doesn't help me. It just keeps trying to send me to a Link my EA account topic for BF6 and it doesn't help me with my current situation.

So just to clarify, it is not giving you the option to talk to an agent through Live chat, is that correct? If that's the case, can you please try selecting "Update EA account" as the subject to see if you get the option to start a chat?
