Redeemed code FC points

I tried buy fc points from PlayStation store but kept saying unsuccessfull. So I went to cdkeys.com and purchased 18500fc points, followed instructions on how to redeem code on EA APP.. redeemed the code no fc points were added to my gamertag . The transaction history is blank.  Can someone please help

    Hey YeS-Bro-97,

    If you bought a code for the EA app, then the points you bought were for PC. There's no cross progression, and there's no way to transfer them from one platform to another. I can only recommend that you reach out to the retailer for support.

    My retailer won’t help saying my mistake. I’m £110 out of pocket.EA let me redeem a code for something I don’t have? how is this allowed? my EA account is for PSN.

    Unfrtunately we can't help with purchases that weren't made through the EA app. If your retailer isn't able to provide you with a replacement code, then I'm afraid I can only recommend that you're more careful with purchasing codes for the right platform in the future.

    Unbelievable that is because codes are codes no matter were they are purchased, they redeemed them but it’s were they’ve gone is the issue.
