ea games requesting i buy them

i have game pass ultimate and have my xbox acount linked to ea but whenever i try get an ea game that is included in gamepass i takes me to the ea app and only has a buy option. the right account is linked and i have tried deleting and reinstalling ea and nothing has worked so far.
