REFUND BF6

Please kindly assist with a way forward to refund the purchase of BF6. Open beta we were mislead in South Africa as there were servers, went ahead and bought the game now not a single game below 143ms ping! Feel properly cheated out of my money! Not even an option to search African lobbies like before
