Refund for bf6 not come through

I’ve refunded bf6 as of the issues with not being able to play. The case went through and an email saying the refund is getting back to me. Payment details are correct and I have not received a refund into my account even though on the status of orders it states “refunded” what do I do now I would like the £90 back
