Refund

I recently downloaded the sims 4 expansion packs and realized that i bought them on the wrong account. i didnt even realize that i had two accounts. i am now unable to access these games. Would i possibly be able to get a refund for the cats and dogs expansion pack, city living, and sims for rent. those are all of the games i had purchased on that account.
