No one is responding I want a refund. I attached a proof of unwanted purchased

Unfortunately our live support advisors can only help with refunds on the EA app platform, and for mobile purchases you'll need to reach out to the store front, in this case Google Play. If they can't give you a refund then I'm afraid that there isn't anything that we're able to do on our end.

Why is it that the lower amount purchase was refunded while the higher amount was rejected
Community ManagerI'm not sure, you'd have to reach out to Google Play support. We're not involved in the policies or refunds of purchases made on other platforms, we can only help with ones made through our app.
