Refund

Question

I bought the Sims 4 Eco Living pack but it wasn't quite what I expected. I went on to the EA website to check the refund policy and tried to get a refund within the first 24 hours after purchasing through the refund tool however, the game didn't show there. So I submitted a contact form asking for this to be done manually and included a snapshot of the refund tool under my account not showing the game. It's been five days and I haven't heard back. What's worse, I can't even see an open support request under my account.

I'd appreciate some help with this.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to provide updates on individual support cases through the forums. I’d recommend checking the My Cases section of your EA Account to see if the contact request you submitted is listed there:&nbsp;EA Help – My Cases
If you don’t see any case listed there, please try contacting EA Help again so the team can take a look at the refund request and help you with the next steps.
I know it’s frustrating to have to reach out again, but hopefully the support team can get this sorted out for you.
