Hi,
It Takes Two was charged twice, approximately 20 seconds apart. I would like to request a refund for one of the duplicate purchases.
According to the instructions on the EA website, there should be a refund button available when I select the purchase from my order history. However, I am unable to see any refund option.
Could you please assist me with processing a refund for one of the duplicate charges?

Try the refund tool in the guide below:

If that doesn't work you should be able to contact EA Help through the contact button at the bottom of the guide.
It also might be worth double checking that one of the charges wasn't an authorisation charge (it would be a low amount, like 1.00), just in case. They usually drop off on their own.
