Request some help with account information

I have a 15 year old EA APP account and i am returning for BF6. I have been playing the beta on EA app and i access it through launching my xbox app, launching star wars battlefront 2 and then closing it, this is signing me into my account from where i can install other EA app games such as the BF6 Beta.

 

The email in use on my very old EA app account has been deleted a long long time ago, there is no email now for this address, i have tried to update my email address or add a secondary one but it requires me to send a verification email. What is the solution here, it's like im going round in circles and i cant be getting access to my EA account via xbox app like this.

    i submitted a ticket about this over a week ago and its been crickets btw. Is there seriously not even a live chat?

    o well then, back to steam. not a good look when i can post on the forum on the account, and play games on it but not help. particularly poor.
