Request special exception unlink PSN and bind new PSN

I’m writing to apply for manual special processing for my EA account’s PlayStation binding mistake. All accounts below belong to me, and I can supply all ownership proofs.

EA Account Info (my main account with all game progress & purchases):

EA ID:tmacwar

Wrongly linked unused PSN ID:kakawar1884

My main daily-use PSN ID I wish to bind:kakawar1884hk

I only own one main PlayStation account (the new PSN ID listed above). The old PSN was a spare account I logged into once by accident, which automatically linked to my EA account without clear pop-up warning.This spare PSN has never been used to play EA games, has no game progress or purchases, and I will never use it again. All my skins, battle passes, in-game purchases and long-term game data are stored on this EA account, I cannot abandon this EA and create a brand-new one.

I cannot unlink via the website because the binding time has not reached one year, and there is no unlink button available.I fully acknowledge EA’s lifetime platform linking regulation, and this is a one-time accidental error. I beg your team to grant a special exception to manually detach the unused old PSN, so I can connect my main personal PSN ID to this EA account to continue playing normally.

I’m ready to submit any screenshots, purchase orders and Sony account verification materials you require to confirm I own all related accounts.Looking forward to your reply.
