Request to Change EA Account Email – Security Concern
Hello EA Team,
I’m contacting you regarding an EA account that I now fully control, including login credentials and 2FA access.
I recently updated the password and secured the account, but I’ve been informed that the email cannot be changed again due to the 30-day limit.
The issue is that the old email still poses a risk. I’m trying to fully secure the account, and this is the only remaining vulnerability.
I kindly ask you to escalate this case or help remove the old email early, if possible.
I’ve already contacted live chat, and they advised me to post here so community managers can review it.
