Reset password for my account.

Question

I apparently have two EA sports accounts and can’t seem to unlink one so that I can correctly link the other one to my current account. For some reason, I can’t connect to the EA servers because of this even though I played Madden last year online and the college football game the year before online. Can any real actual human being tell me what I can do to get into my account to change my password? I try to sign in to my account and it makes me sign into a trusted device. That’s it&nbsp;

Signing into a trusted device linked to a particular EA account can be an alternate way to try logging in if you're not able to use the original EA account credentials. If that's not doing the trick and you need to get your password or other login details updated, these steps can walk through that process.
If you're not able to get through those or don't have access to the account email or information, contacting support directly would be the best bet. We're not able to review or change account information on the forums, but the support team can verify some information and check into this with you from there.
