my right to be forgotten request seems to have failed. i assume that it has something to do with mobile games being linked to the account, but theres no explanation and now i cannot reopen the case and i cannot talk to advisor anymore. do i need to do something or just wait a few days?

You can check the status of your EA Help case by logging in on the EA Help webpage and going to "My Cases". Make sure to also check your emails, including your spam folder, to see if you got a reply from support.
However, if your case has been closed without resolving the issue, make sure to reach back out to support.
