Got a "Your account has been disable" messages when loading up, so i scan the QR code to see why but when I log in its states there is no penalty. "No History. You have no violations or appeals on your account" So at the next step it says to use the tool to appeal but since there is no ban to appeal, i cannot selecta anything. What do i do? Thank you in advance

Sorry to hear you’re seeing an account disabled message without any information showing in your Penalty History.
Please first double-check that you’re signed in to the EA Account linked to the affected platform account. If you have used more than one EA Account, the Penalty History tool will only show information for the account currently signed in.

If you’re definitely using the correct account but the page still shows No History, scroll to the bottom of the guide and select Contact us. Please also feel free to use this webform if needed.
Unfortunately, we can’t view the reason for the restriction or create an appeal on your behalf from the forums, but I hope the support team can help identify the account action and provide the correct next steps soon.
