Season Pass Service Unavailable on PS4 Unable to Claim Rewards

Hi Iam currently facing an issue with the Season Pass on my PS4 I keep getting the message that the Season Pass service is currently unavailable and Iam unable to make any progression or claim my rewards   This is a new account that I added to my PS4 just 3 days ago and everything else seems to be working fine except for the Season Pass I donot know what the reason is and its very frustrating not being able to earn rewards    Is this a known issue Is there any fix or update coming soon
Please help I donot want to miss out on season progress or rewards    Thanks
