unable to use or play on my EA account
for the past two months i have tried everything i can to use my account, i cannot play online for any of my ps4 EA games and unable to play any of my EA games on pc. for ps4 it says my account is already connected to a EA account "it is not" it says its connected to a disabled.com email. i have reset my password nothing i have started a live chat nothing. then i decided to start a case, it kept getting "resolved" but nothing has changed. i have emailed and i don't get anything back from support team. i have posted here before and was told to do all the same things i have already done. for nothing to happen. can i please get a human support email or talk to anyone about this issue because i have nothing left to try and am unable to play any of my games i spent money on.
