I also have this issue, i solved FPS issue by turning on Vsync on NVIDIA and in game, it seems a lot better now but still happens sometimes. As for the disconnect, i dont have an answer but its incredibly frustrating. My game will all be running fine and then Ill randomly get disconnected and it says the match is under review (but we all know it isnt.)
