Sims 4 not opening

There's been an error Try resetting your password and restarting your game. You can now close this window This is exactly what I get whenever I try to open up sims. I get this on the ea ap. Haven'...

    Hi nzvember​,

    In most cases, when the password reset doesn't resolve the issue, it means that the reset was done for the wrong EA account.

    Try logging in to your EA account on the EA app first and see if you can find the game in your library. If it isn't there, see if you have another account.

ive tried absolutelty everything and its still not working. i only have 1 account

    What steps have you tried, nzvember​?

    Try logging in on EA Help and see if it lets you access your account or if you get the same error message.
