Submit option is blacked out

Hey I'm just wondering if anyone else is having this same problem on there webform ? I've tried every possible option to change or correct everything on the form but nothing seems to change on the submit option, it just takes me to another page where it says change help topic or the penalty tool option & it never submits my ticket

    Hey Legaczy_SnM​,

    Sorry, I'm not sure why that's happening. If you could grab a screengrab or a clip of it, that'd help give us a visual of what you're seeing on your end. 

    In the meantime, there may be another way to send in an appeal. I took a peek at our EA Help guide 'Get information on EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions,' and there's a section at the bottom that shares this:

    If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.

    1. Open the webform
    2. Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
    3. Select Submit.
    4. Then select Email us.

    Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.

  • It's still blacked out even when I tried it with your option & when I hit the blacked out submit button it just brings me to that which is the screen shot I pinned here

     

  • My account was hacked & banned like 2 months ago & I was told to appeal the ban by an advisor which I did after he helped me get my account back & secured but I'm still banned. I appealed it the 1st time & I got a msg back saying that the ban was applied correctly & that it will remain in place not sure why seeing that I was hacked

    I am dealing with the exact same issue-word for word. I actually just made my own post about it here: Account Recovered from Hacker, UI Prevents Submitting ToS Appeal | EA Forums - 13320936

    I went through the exact same steps with Live Support. They successfully secured my account and explicitly confirmed it was compromised by a hacker, so I have a fully documented basis for this appeal. The actual problem is strictly technical: the EA Help webform is broken and completely prevents me from contacting the ToS team. It’s incredibly frustrating being stuck in this UI loop

    I don't think the tos team is bothering with cases because they decided to go on a ban wave & just click ban on any & every account flagged as cheating/hacked accounts I've been trying to get my account back for 2 months now & I haven't even bothered to jump on the game since then. Hopefully they fix this issue. I was able to appeal only once & it was through email. I hope you can get your appeal approve & reversed I know it's frustrating brother
