I have the same issue, except my download speed is 35 KB/s. It has taken me over 45 minutes to download an update for The Sims 4 and three kits. It should not be taking this long. I cleared my cache and it did not help. I wish I had bought this game on Steam instead of Origin so I wouldn't have to put up with this.
