Someone else is using their EA account to connect to my Xbox Gamepass

Hello,

I am having a weird issue. I recently purchased Xbox Gamepass and was working on connecting to my EA account. It came back with a message saying I couldn't because "8d*****@disabled.ea.com" was already connected to it. I have no idea what this email is and it looks like possibly an internal email from EA. Can someone please let me get a hold of someone who knows how to remove this email.
