Battlefield 4 got my account perma banned for no reason?

I got banned on my main account and I have no idea why? I was playing bf4 and when I tried to contact ea support I never got a response for my ban. I can’t even sign in to discuss why I was banned on my main account? The ban doesn’t even make sense too, claiming I was harassing children when I never talked to any kids on that old game.

    Unfortunately we can't look into bans here on the forums. If you haven't already, reach out to our terms of service team, and they'll be able to take a look into this for you. Note that it can take them a few days to finish looking into your dispute, so I can only ask that you're patient while they work.

    Unfortunately I never got a response from the ea support and the ban was 2 years ago. I don’t want to restart progress for some of the games I already invested a lot of time into. It’s frustrating that I couldn’t get a response from them but I’m assuming that’s out of your control anyways so thank you.
