No, sorry. I've tried to replicate the error on my side, but I'm able to send in an appeal using the steps I shared with you. The account might be bugging out, but I won't know for sure.
Could you retry the steps I shared, but this time select 'Continue as Guest' and enter a different email address to receive the response?
