My account was hacked & banned like 2 months ago & I was told to appeal the ban by an advisor which I did after he helped me get my account back & secured but I'm still banned. I appealed it the 1st time & I got a msg back saying that the ban was applied correctly & that it will remain in place not sure why seeing that I was hacked
