Support ticket "waiting on player" provides no possibility for communication.
When clicking on the ticket in question I am sent to a page which says the ticket is on hold and asks me to resume or cancel it. Obviously I resume, since my problem is unresolved, however the subsequent page gives no options for me to continue communications, nor have I received any email or other contact which would provide information on what to do about this problem. I've attached images of both the case and the page which is displayed if I try to resume it. I've already read the article linked and it is clear my only hope of account recovery, or at least getting my Steam account linked to an EA account I have access to, is communication with a human customer support agent, which has not been forthcoming. If anyone here can offer help it would be much appreciated.
