Unfortunately “chat with us” doesn’t appear for me, regardless of what browser I’m using or if I’m in incognito mode. It showed up when I wasn’t logged in to my account, however that doesn’t help me since I need to be logged in to this account to do anything.
edit: I’m starting to wonder if I’ve not been shadowbanned for accidentally opening two tickets on this email before realizing I’m supposed to make an account. If this is the problem I’d need the ban removed, but I have no avenue to do that. Of course this is just speculation. If you have any advice it would be much appreciated.
The option to continue without logging in should allow you to start the chat. Once you click on the chat option, you will see a new screen:
In this screen enter your details and select the platform below, then the button "Next" at the bottom right will become available. Do not click on Log In at the top of the page. That should allow you to go through to the next step which is the chat window.

I've been trying this since yesterday. The first attempt got me to a page which looked like this:
However I never got any popup or other means of communicating. It just stayed like this for several hours. I tried doing this again today but now I can't even get there. The button is there but clicking on it doesn't do anything.
I'm in private browsing on firefox so I don't know what the problem is.
edit: I got the chat to open, I suspect it was a webpage issue, but I'm still not getting any popup once I get to the first page shown. Not using any popup blockers so I don't know what the problem could be.

If there are no pop-up blockers and the incognito mode also doesn't work, I'd suggest that you try a different browser.
