Terrible Service

I've been a member of POGO for many years and until this year I never had many problems. I don't know what is going on but I'm thinking of cancelling my subscription.  Games won't load,  letters are sticking, and numerous other problems.  I'm afraid you are going to lose a lot of customers because of all the errors going on.
