My sister is in something similar, but I can't make new topic since im new account so I use this. EA support doesn't help with anything. My sister wants to change her email that she don't know what it is because it has been years and don't have access to it anymore. So when we ask for help they don't help and verification is a joke. BTW my sister came from Origin. Live Chat support is terrible and don't do a good job helping either.
