The agents keep cancelling my chats

I have asked them the following:

1. What happend to Origin?
2.  Do i still have the games that was on it?
3. Is it linked now with this EA Account?
4. How do i change the username back to the one that was on Origin? I have tried it but it says use a valid EA ID?

I can surely try to clarify some of these questions: 

1. What happened to Origin? 
   Origin has now been replaced by the EA app.
2.  Do I still have the games that were on it?
   Yes, all the games you had on your Origin account will also appear in the EA app library on your EA account. 
3. Is it linked now with this EA Account?
   If you need help finding the account where you had your Origin games, please contact EA Help. We can't check your account here in the forums. 
4. How do I change the username back to the one that was on Origin? I have tried it, but it says to use a valid EA ID.
